Who provides the service
Roam Uncommon is operated by Resolve Gameworks. Davin Gray is the operational and legal contact. Use the support contact provided with your Quest Pass.
What a Quest Pass covers
One Quest Pass unlocks the selected curated route and mode for the host’s group at the price shown before confirmation. Every city offers a free Quest in Co-op. Team VS and Extended Quests may have a clearly disclosed charge. Players may join on unlimited synchronized phones. The 24-hour play window begins when the host starts the game. When it ends, gameplay closes; the earned journal and any unexpired photos remain available through the private game link. The host may share its private join code or QR only with their intended group. Resale and public posting of active codes are not permitted.
Refunds and route changes
Full refund before play begins; afterward, a refund or replacement credit may be available by contacting customer support.
Construction, weather, closures, transit disruptions, and changed points of interest can affect a Quest. If a material route issue prevents play, contact customer support for rescheduling, replacement-credit, or refund help.
Play lawfully and respectfully
Players must remain in public areas, obey signs and traffic rules, respect businesses and residents, and never enter private or restricted property. Clues never require climbing, trespassing, moving objects, or interrupting staff.
Free and paid Quests
Every city offers one City Quest free in Co-op. Team VS remains an optional paid upgrade, and Extended Quests may be paid. The free offering may change as a city’s catalog changes, but an already claimed Quest Pass and game are not repriced or withdrawn. A route is an offer only when it appears as available in the current catalog. Every Published Quest must pass source, access, safety, and curator review and remains subject to report-driven correction, suspension, or retirement.
Questions or safety concerns can be reported from the active game screen. For purchase help, use the support contact in your Quest Pass confirmation.
